What an awesome day of basketball for u12s. Our first time organising a mini event where we played more than one game.
3 games were played giving all the Junior Knights the opportunity to experience what it’s like to play in competitive friendly basketball games. 1st game Junior Knights team Duncan played @lincolnlightningjuniors in which both teams showed off the fundamentals they have been doing in training, which was awesome to watch. Close game but SJK came out with a win in the end.
2nd game saw the two Junior Knights teams (team Duncan and team Adam) come head to head which every one put a 
effort in.
3rd game saw Stamford team Adam against @lincolnlightningjuniors
LLJ took the lead at the start but SJK came out with hustle to bring the game to a tie, LLJ came out on top with some well taken shots and team play in the last quarter for the win.
To top it off we finished with a trophy presentation each team had MVP / defensive / sportsman players picked by opposing team coach’s for fairness and certificates handed out to all players who participated. Thank you to everyone who helped make it happen and thankyou to parents for traveling
